If you have forgotten your PIN or would like it changed, you can:

1. Visit any Nassau OTB branch office, present your picture identification, and receive your PIN in just a few minutes. Click here for branch locations and operating hours.

2. Contact Customer Service, via telephone, e-mail or postal mail, with your name and account number. Your PIN will be sent via postal mail to the address of record on file with your account. Please allow 3 business days from receipt of request.
